TERMS OF PURCHASE

Wifi.se Sverige AB, organization number 556421-1216 with International VAT number: SE556421121601, is responsible for purchases made on www.wifi.se.

PRICES
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor and include value added tax and other charges. The total cost of the purchase will appear clearly before the final order and will include all costs associated with the purchase, including any postage and shipping costs.
SHIPPING/ DELIVERY TIMES
Usually the item will be sent from us no later than 3 working days after the order is received. If the goods are not in stock, the delivery time can be changed. Information will be sent out when preliminary delivery is scheduled.
We apply delivery with Postnord or DHL, which is also responsible for transport and delivery within or outside Sweden. Costs associated with shipping are stated in connection with the purchase.
When your order has been sent, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package on its way to you, this will be sent to the mobile number or email address you entered when ordering. When ordering products that are in stock, delivery normally takes place no later than the second weekday from the order confirmation, except on busy days or during holidays.
Wifi.se Sverige AB reserves itself against possible errors in stock balances, which may result in delivery taking place later than expected. Should the product be out of stock, we will notify you of the earliest possible delivery date. Wifi.se Sverige AB is not responsible for any damage this may cause the customer.
UNSOLVED PACKAGES
For uncollected orders that are returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 20% of the value, but at least SEK 300.
Right of withdrawal/Returns
If you bought your product remotely, e.g. on the web or in customer service, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. You cancel your purchase by contacting us. For the right of withdrawal to apply, the packaging must be unopened and a service must not have started. We pay any shipping costs.
The right of withdrawal never applies if your service has been completed and you have expressly consented to the service starting to be performed or if you have broken the seal. MAO if the product is used, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
RESERVATIONS
We reserve the right to change prices as a result of large price deviations from our suppliers, typos or other errors beyond our control. Read more about unforeseen events under Force Majeure below.
REPAIRS
In the first instance, the product will be sent to our supplier for troubleshooting if we are unable to remedy the repair on site. The work only begins after the defective product has been sent to Wifi.se Sverige AB and the given error description has been confirmed. Our normal handling for troubleshooting is 7 working days. If we cannot repair the damage, the item is sent on to our supplier. The processing may then be longer.
Return of broken products to us is at the buyer’s expense. Repaired goods are sent back to the buyer at the seller’s expense.
SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD AND TERMINATION
The subscription is valid until further notice without notice. The subscription period is a minimum of 4 or a minimum of 12 months and functions as a subscription.
Cancellation must be made 30 days before the end of the subscription period/subscription. If this does not happen, an invoice will be sent or it will be deducted automatically for a new 30-day period for your mobile data subscription.
When you shop with us, the payment is processed by Klarna AB, which is a Swedish secure electronic payment solution for e-commerce. Card information is always sent encrypted using SSL/TLS. All card information is stored in accordance with the card network’s regulations regarding PCI DSS, Level 1.
Personal data and GDPR
We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR. In connection with your purchase, you agree that we store and handle your personal data. We store the information that is necessary to fulfill the agreement with you and to be able to conduct our business. According to the GDPR, you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If the information we store about you is irrelevant, incorrect or incomplete, you can request that the information be corrected, limited or deleted, which we will do to the extent possible under applicable law (such as the Accounting Act). Subscriptions: All our subscriptions are valid for 365 days, i.e. 1 year. Year number two you will be automatically charged
WARRANTY AND CLAIMS
Router, router package, antennas and other accessories have a 1-year warranty.
Any errors or deficiencies in the received goods must be claimed within a reasonable time after the error has been established or should have been established.
If you do not make a complaint within 3 years from the time you received the item, you lose the right to claim the fault, provided that nothing else follows from a warranty, other statement or law. Please note that if you complain/invoke a warranty on a product and the product after troubleshooting turns out not to have an original damage for which Wifi.se Sverige AB is responsible, you will be charged the troubleshooting fee that Wifi.se Sverige AB must pay the supplier/manufacturer/service workshop , currently minimum SEK 500 (incl. VAT)
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Subscription/Service: Agreement on Wifi.se Sverige AB’s services (2G/3G/4G/5G)
Agreement: These terms and other documents that form part of the parties’ agreement such as agreement, service description, product description, order, order confirmation, etc.
Customer: Natural or legal person with whom the Agreement was concluded.
Service: Router and SIM card with subscription or only data card, i.e. SIM card with a lot of data.
CONTENTS OF THE SERVICE
The content of the Service or Services chosen by the Customer appears from these general terms and conditions and from other documents that form part of the Agreement. The service is specified in more detail in the current product description available on Wifi.se Sverige AB’s website.
The Service always includes connection to Swedish mobile networks, which also enables connection to the Internet. This is a third-party service as Wifi.se Sverige AB does not own its own network but delivers a service from a mobile operator. Through the connection to Wifi.se Sverige AB, the Customer can, depending on which Services are covered by the Customer’s Subscription/Service, use the Subscription/Service for data traffic in mobile networks.
In order for the Service to be used, Wifi.se Sverige AB assigns the customer the necessary equipment that is part of the Service, such as e.g. SIM card and such identification data as e.g. telephone number, IP address, password (e.g. PIN code and PUK code) and other codes, which are necessary to use the Service (“Identification data”). Wifi.se Sverige AB may replace equipment such as SIM card and change Identification data for technical, operational, legal or other special reasons. The customer must be informed in good time of such a change.
The parties have agreed otherwise in writing or if otherwise prescribed by law. Wifi.se Sverige AB has the right to change or revoke the telephone number included with the Subscription/Service, if this is required for number administrative reasons.
Wifi.se Sverige ABs uses different mobile networks, which is a common resource used by many subscribers. A specific bandwidth will therefore not be guaranteed to the customer. Wifi.se Sverige AB also cannot guarantee that the service will function flawlessly at all times without interruptions and the quality may be affected by, for example, upgrades, the number of contemporary users in the mobile network and that the Customer’s mobile phone is of a model that does not support the service.
Wifi.se Sverige AB shall provide the Service in a professional manner and in accordance with the Agreement. For network maintenance, etc. however, Wifi.se Sverige AB may temporarily have to close the Service or Customer from using the mobile networks. In the event of extensive planned measures, Wifi.se Sverige AB must notify the Customer in advance. Possible service interruptions and errors in the network are something that Wifi.se Sweden AB cannot control.
CUSTOMER’S OBLIGATIONS
In connection with the signing of the Agreement and during the term of the Agreement, the Customer shall provide Wifi.se Sverige AB with all the information that Wifi.se Sverige AB needs and requests in order to be able to deliver the Service to the Customer in accordance with the terms of the Agreement. Customer is e.g. obliged to promptly notify Wifi.se Sverige AB of a change of name and address. If the Customer has provided incorrect information to Wifi.se Sverige AB, Wifi.se Sverige AB has the right to block the Subscription/Service for further use until the correct information is obtained, or to terminate the Agreement with immediate effect.
The customer must store and use the equipment and Identification information provided to the customer by Wifi.se Sverige AB in a safe manner. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the equipment and identification information provided to the customer cannot be exploited or used by unauthorized persons. Customer is responsible for all use of Subscription/Service. In case of loss of SIM card or if Identification data has been lost or is at risk of unauthorized use, it is the Customer’s responsibility to immediately report this to Wifi.se Sverige AB’s Customer Service. However, the Customer is obliged to pay the subscription fee during the time the Subscription cannot be used by the Customer is responsible for ensuring that the manner or purpose for which the Customer uses the Service is not illegal or can be perceived as objectionable. The Customer is also responsible for ensuring that the manner or purpose for which the Customer uses the Service does not cause damage to Wifi.se Sverige AB or third parties. Customer is responsible for all material that Customer adds or provides when using the Service. Customer’s responsibility includes obtaining necessary permits to receive, distribute or store materials.
Customer may not in any context seek unauthorized access to connected networks or computer resources in Wifi.se Sverige AB’s network or unauthorized use, destroy or distort information in
The customer only has the right to use the Subscription/Service in the usual way for their own non-commercial use.
Subscription/Service may thus e.g. not used in so-called gateways, as a switching function, as a service available to the public or as an interface for interconnection. In the event of a breach of any of the above, Wifi.se Sverige AB has the right to immediately suspend the Service, block the subscription and/or terminate the Agreement. Wifi.se Sverige AB reserves the right to, at the request of the authority, block the Service or equipment.
Wifi.se Sverige AB reserves the right to charge the Customer a fee for measures taken by Wifi.se Sverige AB as a result of the Customer’s possible misuse of the Service. If damage occurs, it is the Customer’s responsibility to help limit the resulting damage. In order to counter abnormal use and abuse of roaming services within the EU/EEA, Wifi.se Sverige AB has the right to request that the Customer prove their normal residence in Sweden or that the Customer has other strong ties to Sweden that entail a frequent and substantial presence in Sweden , for example by requesting a civil registration certificate, tax statement or education certificate.
Wifi.se Sverige AB has the right to control the Customer’s use of the service, for example by checking how the Customer’s use of roaming or stay in Sweden exceeds the Customer’s use/stay in other EU/EEA member states. The control period for abnormal use is four months. If Wifi.se Sverige AB suspects abuse or abnormal use after the end of the control period, the Customer must be made aware of this. Within two weeks, the customer must change his behavior pattern in a way that shows that the consumption or presence is actually domestic within two weeks. If this is not met, Wifi.se Sverige AB has the right to charge an additional fee for consumption from the Customer.
Wifi.se Sverige AB has the right to immediately suspend a Customer who resells the service to persons who are not domiciled or present in Sweden.
The request for porting of telephone numbers belonging to the Subscription, which is received by Wifi.se Sverige AB, is to be equated with termination of the current Subscription, which means that the Subscription will cease once the porting has taken place.
EQUIPMENT
The Service assumes that the Customer has the necessary equipment for using the Service. Requirements for specific equipment can be seen, where applicable, from the description of the Service in force at any given time. Wifi.se Sverige AB does not guarantee the functionality and quality of the Service if the Customer connects equipment that meets the specified conditions. Equipment for using the Service provided by Wifi.se Sverige AB can in some cases be pre-configured to only work with Wifi.se Sverige AB’s Service. Wifi.se Sverige AB reserves the right to perform configuration changes and upgrades of equipment during the time that the equipment is connected to Wifi.se Sverige AB’s Service. Wifi.se Sverige AB does not guarantee the functionality and quality of the Service if the Customer connects equipment that is not provided by Wifi.se Sverige AB.
The customer understands that the Service and services connected to it (including connected networks) can be changed both in terms of scope and content, but not in terms of basic functional characteristics. Changes may, among other things, be due to conditions regarding connected services or decided changes to services, service divisions or network configurations. Such changes must be notified to the Customer at least one month in advance if the changes affect the Customer’s Subscription. In the event of a change that can be considered to be detrimental to the Customer, the Customer has the right to terminate the Agreement without cost, fee or other obligation, however, with effect from the entry into force of such change at the earliest.
Wifi.se Sverige AB has the right to cease providing a certain product/Service with one (1) month’s notice.
Notification of a change of terms to the Customer, and other possible notifications according to the Agreement, shall be deemed to have reached the Customer no later than three days after the notification has been sent by post to the address notified by the Customer to Wifi.se Sverige AB in writing at the latest. Messages sent via SMS, MMS or e-mail shall be deemed to have reached the Customer immediately.
FEES AND PAYMENT
The customer is responsible towards Wifi.se Sverige AB for all use of the Subscription and Service and is thus responsible for payment of all fees due in accordance with this Agreement. The customer must pay to Wifi.se Sverige AB fixed and variable fees in accordance with what is stated in the terms of agreement for the respective Service and/or hardware as well as for a fee according to the price list in force at any time, unless otherwise agreed. If the Agreement for a legal person is signed by someone who is not a company signatory or otherwise lacks the authority to enter into such an Agreement, this person has personal payment responsibility towards Wifi.se Sverige AB.
Subscription fee, partial payment for hardware, extra purchase of data and other fees are paid against invoice or credit or debit card. Other possible fees are paid according to the routines that Wifi.se Sverige AB applies from time to time. Payment must be made correctly and reach Wifi.se Sverige AB no later than the time stated on the invoice. Wifi.se Sverige AB has the right to charge an invoicing fee on all invoices. In the event of late payment, Wifi.se Sverige AB has the right to charge late payment interest according to the Interest Act, legally regulated reminder fee and, where applicable, collection fee.
The customer must notify Wifi.se Sverige AB’s Customer Service within a reasonable time if the invoice is considered incorrect. If the Customer has objected to the invoice within a reasonable time and provided a factual basis for the debiting, Wifi.se Sverige AB shall grant a delay in payment of the disputed amount until the dispute is finally settled. Undisputed amounts must, however, be paid no later than the stated due date. Late payment interest is charged on the part of the disputed amount that the customer must finally pay.
FEES
Wifi.se Sverige AB has the right to change fees during the current contract period. Fee changes must be notified no later than one (1) month in advance. In the event of an increase in recurring fees during the current subscription period, the Customer has the right to cancel the Subscription without cost, fee or other obligation, however, with effect from the effective date of the increase at the earliest. Such termination must have been received by Wifi.se Sverige AB before the increase takes effect. The Customer is considered to have accepted the fee increase if the Customer does not actively terminate the Agreement before the change takes effect.
If the Customer is in arrears with payment of the Service or hardware or if the Customer’s call charges exceed the amount that Wifi.se Sverige AB from time to time applies as a credit limit for the Service, Wifi.se Sverige AB may suspend the Customer from using the Service and/or block purchased hardware on partial payment or equipment provided by Wifi.se Sverige AB until full payment has been made. Such suspension may only take place after Wifi.se Sverige AB has requested the Customer to pay within a certain reasonable time, with information that the provision may otherwise be interrupted. The Customer is obliged to pay fixed fees for the Subscription as well as partial payments for hardware even during the time that the Service or hardware cannot be used by the Customer as a result of suspension/blocking.
If the Subscription is opened again for traffic, Wifi.se Sverige AB has the right to charge a special opening fee from the Customer.
If the Customer has repeatedly paid late, Wifi.se Sverige AB also has the right to terminate the Agreement for the Subscription/Service in question with immediate effect and/or block hardware that the customer purchased in installments and final invoice the Customer. The measures assume that the delay concerns more than a small part of the payment or that the delay can be considered significant for other reasons.
Wifi.se Sverige AB has the right, in order to prevent unauthorized use of the Customer’s Subscription/Service, to temporarily shut down the Subscription/Service if it is used in a way that is not customary. The customer must be immediately informed of such temporary shutdown of the Subscription/Service.
DATA PROCESSING AND CONSENT TO
By entering into the Agreement, the Customer consents to the processing (e.g. collection, copying between different systems, storage, deletion and filtering/selection) of personal, identification, subscription and traffic data, including those contained therein. Customer also agrees to receive marketing and information via SMS, MMS, e-mail, etc. from Wifi.se Sweden AB.
Processing takes place as long as the data is needed for current purposes and in accordance with law or other constitution, authority regulation, decision, request or guidelines.
Wifi.se Sverige AB processes personal (e.g. name and address), Identification, subscription/service (e.g. phone number) and traffic data (e.g. receiving phone number, time of call, length of call, IP addresses) including the location information contained therein (e.g. where the customer’s phone is located).
Processing of personal and subscription/service data (e.g. name, address, e-mail address, telephone number) takes place for record keeping, complaint handling and to market Wifi.se Sverige AB’s and its partners’ goods and services.
All information is processed and forms further basis.
TRAFFIC
During periods of high load in mobile networks, certain types of traffic may need to be prioritized to avoid congestion. In order to achieve this, traffic data is processed in the form of prioritization (selection) of current types of traffic. E-mail, surfing and streaming are not affected because such communication takes place in real time.
Wifi.se Sverige AB may disclose information such as the Customer’s name, address and telephone number to an external party for the purpose of directory inquiries, if the Customer has not notified that the information is to be protected.
TRANSFER ETC.
Customer may not transfer Subscription without written consent from Wifi.se Sverige AB.
RESPONSIBILITY
Wifi.se Sverige AB is not responsible for inconvenience, damage or loss (such as additional administrative costs or loss of profit) which may be caused by interruption or other error in the telecommunications connection, by improperly dispatched, missing or delayed telecommunications messages or by disturbances in telecommunications messages if the damage was not caused intentionally or through gross negligence by Wifi.se Sverige AB. Wifi.se Sverige AB is not responsible for errors or rectification of errors attributable to the terminal used by the Customer (e.g. the router). Wifi.se Sverige AB is not responsible for personal settings made by the Customer (e-mail groups, filtering, folders, spam, address book, etc.). Wifi.se Sverige AB is not responsible for software or online services developed by anyone other than Wifi.se Sverige AB.
FORCE MAJEURE
A party shall be released from fulfilling the Agreement if the fulfillment of a certain commitment is prevented or made significantly more difficult by a circumstance that the party could not reasonably control or foresee. If the fulfillment of the Agreement is prevented to a significant extent for longer than one (1) month due to circumstances as described above, the Party has the right to terminate the Agreement in writing with immediate effect.
DISPUTE ETC.
Disputes between the parties shall primarily be resolved through negotiation and agreement. If the parties cannot agree, the dispute can be tried by the General Complaints Board or by a general court. Complaints due to this agreement should be made within three (3) months after the party became aware or should have become aware of the matter on which the complaint is based. Complaints should be made in writing.
