The card is a data SIM for the 4G or 5G router on board. If your boat already has a marine router or a mobile hotspot that takes a standard SIM, that is usually all you need. Not sure? Email us the model before you order and we will check it.
Nothing you need to do. The SIM roams onto partner networks and picks the strongest signal it can find, so you keep the same card and the same plan from Mallorca to Corsica to Croatia.
No. The plan price covers your monthly data in every country on the list. There are no extra roaming fees on top.
Speed depends on the local network and on how far you are from the coast. In good coverage you can reach up to 300 Mbps, which is plenty for streaming, large downloads and video calls.
Leaving Europe or visiting the UK, Switzerland, Turkey or the USA? Choose Europe & World 300 GB. Staying in Europe and using a lot of data? Choose Europe 400 GB. Spending the season in Spain? Special Spain gives you 200 GB in Europe plus 200 GB in Spain every month.
Yes. The 4 and 6 month plans bring the monthly price down compared with buying one month at a time. The plan cards show what each option works out to per month.
No. You check out as a guest with your email and delivery address. That is it.
Prices for customers in the EU include 25% VAT. If you ship to a country outside the EU, such as Norway, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the order is VAT free and the VAT is removed at checkout.
