The work environment must be safe and secure, the work must provide opportunities for collaboration and social contacts with customers and employees.
We must work for variety, meaning that more people get the opportunity to participate in more tasks, which creates increased understanding of the company’s and co-workers’ tasks. The work environment for us at Björkmans Bil consists of a physical part and a psychosocial part.
Wifi.se (Wifi.se Sverige AB) has a minimum requirement to follow ordinances, regulations and rules that apply to work environment areas.
That is, the Work Environment Act (AML), the Work Environment Ordinance (AMF) the regulation on Systematic Work Environment Work (SAM), Systematic Fire Protection Work (SBA) as well as other regulations and general advice from the Work Environment Agency (AMV).
Every employee has a personal responsibility for their health and the environment in the workplace. All employees must actively participate in the daily work environment work. They must follow occupational safety instructions as well as rules and routines for the execution of the work. It is the duty of every employee to immediately report any risks or threats to a good working environment.
The company must work preventively and be active with rehabilitation matters so that the employee can return to work as soon as possible.
Through close collaboration with occupational health care and active health care work, we work for a good working environment, healthier staff and a continuous reduction in sick leave.
